Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the significant demands of our business, it is necessary to emphasize that all sales are considered FINAL. Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances are not permitted.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately; therefore, it is not feasible to cancel or obtain a refund after the order has been submitted. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly review their order for complete accuracy before submitting.

This policy encompasses a range of changes, including modifications to selected products, requests for refunds, adjustments to shipping methods, updates to shipping addresses, and cancellations. Glam Vibe Beauty does not accept responsibility for any damage or alterations incurred by you or your stylist. We encourage thorough inspection of your hair upon receipt. Should the lace on wigs, closures, or frontals be cut, razored, or modified in any way, these items will be deemed ineligible for store credit.

Limitation of Liability
Glam Vibe Beauty hereby limits its liability to the remedies explicitly outlined in this agreement. This limitation encompasses any potential liability for the unavailability of products following a purchase. Moreover, Glam Vibe Beauty shall not be held responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, regardless of prior notification regarding the potential for such damages. Furthermore, Glam Vibe Beauty shall not be liable for claims initiated by third parties, except as expressly stated herein.

This limitation of liability pertains to both products and services. The customer acknowledges and agrees that for any liability arising from the purchase of products, the financial obligation of Glam Vibe Beauty shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for such products under this agreement. In addition, for any liability associated with the purchase of services that are not bundled with products as per this agreement, the customer acknowledges that Glam Vibe Beauty shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the customer for those services. Consequently, in no circumstance shall the customer be entitled to damages beyond the aggregate amounts paid for products or services under this agreement.
