Products will ship within 3 business days from the date your order was processed. Weekends are not considered business days.
Please note that orders may take up to 4-5 business days to process during sales, promotions, holidays and inclement weather.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped with tracking via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes approximately 5-7 business days after the order processing time. Packages sent to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS only.
In rare cases, your carrier may experience transit delays. Please understand that Glam Vibe Beauty is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or acts of nature. As a result, refunds or chargebacks will not be granted for transit delays arising from these factors.
Undeliverable, Lost, and Returned Packages
If your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to Glam Vibe Beauty, it is usually due to insufficient address information. Your package will be marked as “Returned to Sender” in the tracking information. This may occur if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
- The shipping address is missing information (e.g., apartment/building/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to deliver the package safely after at least one attempt
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Packages marked as “Returned to Sender” will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the initial shipping charge and a flat restocking fee of $35. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
